HHL Technology launches BioTex anti-fungal system
HHL Technology is to launch BioTex, an anti-fungal system designed to protect outdoor and indoor fabrics from mould, fungi and bacteria which thrive in moist conditions and destroy fibre structure.
Aside from fabric deterioration, moulds can also trigger allergic reactions and respiratory conditions, such as asthma.
The non-toxic BioTex system, which can be applied by pad or exhaust methods, uses active ingredients to inhibit the common, destructive moulds such as Aspergillus Niger (black mould). After application, the treatment is durable to washing and has good stability to sunlight exposure, said HHL Technology.
The BioTex technology is suitable for outdoor clothing, outdoor equipment, garden furniture, awnings, shower curtains and mattresses.
