M&R develops Diamondback S automatic textile press

M&R, a manufacturer of screen printing equipment for the graphic and textile industries, has added the new entry-level Diamondback S carousel machine to its extensive range of automatic textiles presses.
According to the company, the device features a fast and reliable servo index drive system and is available in six or eight-colour models. It also has a maximum image area of 16inch x 18inch and a maximum pallet size of 18inch x 22inch.
In addition, the Diamondback S can be ordered with an extra printhead over the unload station turning a six-colour machine into a seven-colour device and an eight-colour into a nine-colour.
Diamondback S is available in base and enhanced configurations with both featuring pneumatically-driven print carriages, micro-registration, calibrated squeegee pressure adjustment, standard M&R three-point pallet leveling bracket with quick release and rear stroke length adjustment.
M&R’s patented Revolver Print Programme, which automatically operates individual printheads in programmed sequence giving printers an extra level of flexibility, is also included.
